Asus will launch its latest device in the Zenfone series – the Zenfone 6 on the 16th of May. The company’s Zenfone series has been a top inclusion in the smartphone industry. The brand has officially teased the handset which reveals some hints regarding the design.

Asus posted a render of the new Asus on Twitter titled “Embrace the extraordinary revolution”. “Defy Ordinary” is the soon-to-be-famous tagline used by the brand. This also hints at a unique design aspect.

Based on the image, we can see a bezel-less, notch-free design in the front. Asus has provided an event page where the live stream will be broadcasted. It also provides a count-down timer, reminder registration, and an Add to Calendar option. The device will be the successor to the Asus Zenfone 5.
The event will take place in Valencia, Spain, on May 16 at 11.30 PM IST. Qualcomm’s latest and greatest Snapdragon 855 chipset will power the new Asus. A dual slider mechanism for both front and rear cameras is also rumored on the handset. In terms of software, it will run on Google’s latest operating system Android Pie.
Asus Zenfone 6 will have a Full-HD+ display with 1080 x 2340-pixel resolution. It will have a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. There will be a minimum of 6 GB of RAM on the smartphone along with 128 GB of internal storage. The volume rockers and the power button are at the right of the device. The power button is right below the volume rocker.
