The Xiaomi Pad 5 tablet series was launched back in 2021, so it’s high time we saw a successor. The Xiaomi Pad 6 was launched in China back in April and then it was unveiled internationally two months later.
The first market where it arrived was India and now it turns out that the new tablet will come to Europe. Xiaomi Pad 6 will start from 399 euros for the 6 GB RAM, 128 GB storage version, while the 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage version will be priced at 499 euros. The Xiaomi Pad 6 comes with an 11 inch IPS LCD display with a 2880 x 1800 pixel resolution and inside it we find the oldie but goldie Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor.
There’s also a Pro version of the tablet, with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor inside, but that one is meant for China. Xiaomi will be selling the Pad 6 in two colors, Blue and Gray, sans the Gold version available in Asia. Ishan Agarwal is the source of the leaks and he’s usually on point with them.
The tablet plays nicely with a stylus and also has a keyboard accessory, plus a 13 MP back camera with 4K capture.
