Xiaomi has announced the release of its popular Mi Notebook Air 13.3-inch and Mi Notebook 15.6-inch laptops in China. The company also launched the upgraded Mi Notebook Air 12.5-inch laptop too. Xiaomi’s Mi Notebook Air 13.3 is a direct competitor to Apple’s MacBook Air. The new Notebooks come packed with the latest 8th generation chipsets.

The new Mi Notebook Air 13.3 (2019) now comes with up to 8th generation Intel Core i7 processor, NVidia GeForce MX250 graphics, 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD storage. Furthermore, it gets a full HD 13.3-inch display with slim bezels and improved AKG speakers powered by Dolby’s surround sound.

There is an improved cooling system, thanks to its new metal fans and larger heat pipe that provides ipto 63 percent of increased air flow. It weighs in at 1.3 kg containing a USB Type-C port, HDMI port, USB 3.0 port, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.


On the other hand, the Mi Notebook 15.6 (2019) features a 15.6-inch Full HD display, up to Intel Core i7 processors, Nvidia GeForce MX110 GPU, 8GB RAM, up to 512GB SSD and 1TB HDD storage. It comes pre-installed with MS Office and a numeric keyboard. It also features larger speakers with Dolby Audio and more ports for connectivity.

The Mi Notebook Air 13.3 (2019) will be available for sale in China starting today. This laptop is priced at RMB 5,399 (~Rs 55,000) and comes with an Intel Core i5 chipset. It is available in either Deep Space Ash and Silver colours. You can also have the laptop with an Intel Core i7 chipset and that will cost you RMB 5,999 (~Rs 61,000).

On the other hand, the Mi Notebook 15.6 (2019) will go on sale on April 9th in China and the base variant is priced at RMB 4,299 (~Rs 44,000). It is available in a single Deep Grey colour option. You can deck this up with up to Intel Core i7 chipset.
