Xiaomi 14 Ultra phone uses SONY LYT900 sensor, and the rear circular four cameras

Igeekphone September 20 news, the blogger @digital chat station today brought the latest Revelations of the Xiaomi Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 super cup model, which is expected to be the Xiaomi 14 Ultra phone.

The blogger revealed that the current prototype of Mi 14 Ultra uses a 2K center single-hole micro quad screen with a resolution of 2K, and the back of the fuselage is equipped with circular four cameras. The new machine uses a SONY LYT900 sensor as its main camera and is equipped with three 50-megapixel lenses, with a telephoto macro lens “for now.”

It can be seen that the blogger deliberately emphasized the word “at present”, indicating that the final version of this flagship new machine has not been determined, only for your reference.

For the LYT900 sensor mentioned by the blogger, you may still be a little unfamiliar. The sensor is an improvement of the IMX989, with a 1/0.98 inch base and a 9.05% larger sensitive area than the traditional one-inch sensor used in digital cameras such as the RX100. SONY says the sensor is designed for high quality shooting and achieves high gray values with low power consumption.

In November 2022, SONY Semiconductor announced a new image sensor brand – LYTIA, Chinese name “light”. In June this year, SONY released the LYT 900, LYT 800, LYT 700, LYT 600, LYT 500 a total of five sensors, specifications are 50 million pixels.
