TCL introduced new models, TCL 20 Pro 5G, 20L and 20L Plus, yesterday, and the TCL 20 series has gained momentum with the addition of two devices, TCL 20 5G and TCL 20 SE, introduced at CES this year.
The TCL 20 Pro 5G features a 6.67-inch 1080p OLED screen that supports HDR10 and supports the latest TCL NXTVision technology, which recognizes the content on the screen and adjusts color, contrast and sharpness accordingly.
The TCL 20 Pro 5G is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G chipset (better than the 600 series of the 10 Pro), comes with 6GB of storage, runs Android 11 and has a 4,500mAh battery.
It has a 48MP main camera and one small but important feature: optical stabilization, which was not available on last year’s Series 10 models. In addition to the main camera, there is a 16MP ultra-wide Angle, 5MP macro, 2MP depth of field and 32MP front lens.
In addition, it uses a Pixelworks i6 processor and is equipped with the industry’s first artificial intelligence (AI) engine in a standalone vision processor. With the help of Pixelworks AI visual processing technology, TCL 20 Pro 5G scored a top display score of 89 on Dxomark.
In other aspects, the device adopts the fingerprint scheme under the screen, retains the 3.5mm headphone jack, and supports microSD card expansion. Prices for the TCL 20 Pro 5G start at 549 euros in Europe and the UK.
