Meizu Smartwatch Starts to Preorder with Snapdragon Wear 4100 Chip

Not long ago, Meizu officially announced that it will hold “Watch Me! Meizu’s Intelligent Life Press Conference brings a new way of life in the name of intelligence.

The event was dominated by the long-preheated Meizu Watch, Meizu’s first smartwatch product, which is officially defined as a full smartwatch.

Meizu Smart Watch is now available on Meizu’s official website and Meizu’s own JD.com store, Meizu announced on its official Weibo account this afternoon.

It is worth mentioning that this morning Meizu officially announced the core configuration of this product for the first time. It will be equipped with the Snapdragon Wear 4100 flagship chip specially built by Qualcomm for smart wearable devices, which can provide extremely strong performance guarantee. It is officially called “a new generation of small-screen full-blood flagship”.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 is powered by a new 12nm chip, which can dramatically improve battery life. It also has four A53 cores and a maximum power frequency of 1.7GHz, which is an 85% improvement in theoretical performance compared to the previous generation.

In addition, the Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 chip comes with the Adreno A504 GPU, which is 250 percent faster than its predecessor.
