Hey guys, i just want to tell you what you can do with ADB and Fastboot on our china devices.

Now ADB and Fastboot are similar, but different things.

But both require that software on your PC :

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2317790

so download and install

1) ADB

ADB: Stands for Android Debug Bridge. A tool used to connect and sends commands to your Android phone from a command line on a desktop or laptop computer.

you can use that in 2 ways,

a) If your phone boots up and works :

In order to run ADB from your machine, you will need to set up the following in your Droid "Settings".

Settings -> Application Settings -> Developement

Make sure that USB Debugging is ticked ! Thats important !!!! without it doesnt work.

and install the ADB drivers from here :

http://www.china-devices.com/Thread-How-To-Install-PRELOADER-ADB-Drivers-correctly

If your phone is bricked, but you got CWM on the phone :

CWM (atleast the newer versions) allow ADB access if you are IN the recovery.

Just connect the phone to pc in recovery and install drivers before that.

ADB-Commands:

with ADB you can do alot of shit, here are all commands :

http://www.droidforums.net/threads/how-to-use-adb-all-commands-and-options.6865/

Please read that before you ask for support !

1) Fastboot

Fastboot is different than ADB. It requires a special bootloader on the phone to run it. If you can see this when trying to enter recovery (volume up + power) :

then you can use fastboot !

Just chose fastboot with volume button.

Now here you can check out fastboot commands to flash or do other nice stuff :

http://androidforums.com/one-s-all-things-root/714676-list-fastboot-command.html

But this only works if you have that kind of bootloader !!! its not on all china phones

I hope that made the difference clear.
