hey guys once again i was browsing over at XDA and found this little beauty for installing TWRP on all MTK devices including UBIFS


i strongly urge you to read the OP thread as there are warnings

This put my phone into a bootloop lol, but it looks like a great and easy option for getting TWRP



(If it works for you)
did you read the OP on XDA percy...your device has to have a bigger recovery size then 6mb

Was trying to get TWRP on my phone but when i click Auto mode, it says "not compatible for your device. MediaTek only".... But my device is mediatek.... what should i do?

did you try to trouble shoot from the original thread i linked...that would be your best option,also check the size of your recovery and make sure it is above 6mb,if it is not it will not install anyway,it will just create the recovery file but will store it on your p.c. instead...even trying to flash it with an app like mobile uncle or flashify it will not work and you usually lose your original recovery file trying it so do not under any circumstances attempt to flash it if your recovery is smaller than 6mb
