Google Android 12 Beta 1 officially launched yesterday at I/O with a revamped interface and a new “Material You” design language. According to 9to5Google, a technician found the code names for four new Pixel models in the system code. In addition, the codes of these devices in Japan are also included.
Barbet (Pixel 5A 5G) — G4S1M
Oriole (Pixel 6 Family) — GR1YH
Raven (Pixel 6 Family) — GF5KQ
Passport (Pixel Foldable) — GPQ72
The new device will include Pixel 6 and 6 Pro, in addition to the Pixel 5A 5G, which has already been revealed. While the device code-named Passport may be a Pixel Foldable foldable phone, it’s not a given that the new device, code-named Needlefish, was never released in 2019.
As Igeekphone previously reported, a rendering of the new Google Pixel 6 series has been revealed. Shows off a unique camera module and rear cover design. The phone has a hole-out, all-around screen with a very narrow bezel, and the Pixel 6 Pro has a three-shot rear camera.
